Information we process

Planora processes account identifiers, verified email addresses, authentication and security challenges, server-side sessions, selected calendar metadata and events, application settings, important-event notes, and content you create in the workspace. We process this information only to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Google user data

Google Calendar permissions are used to display calendars you select and to create, update, or delete an event only after an explicit user action. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Gmail send permission, when enabled, is used only to deliver requested sign-in verification codes; Planora does not read, list, modify, or retain Gmail messages. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.

Retention and security

Access, verification, and remembered-device tokens are stored as one-way hashes where applicable. Deleted workspace records may remain in the in-app trash for up to 30 days before permanent removal. Calendar events remain governed by Google Calendar and are not deleted merely because a connection is disconnected.

Your choices and contact
